Houston Lanier Brown II (born 1966 in Talladega) is an attorney with Watkins & Eager, an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law, and chair of the Alabama Environmental Management Commission.

Brown is the older of two sons born to Judge Houston Brown and his wife, Betty. He grew up in Birmingham and graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School. He attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and earned his bachelor's degree in economics at UAB in 1989, then completed a juris doctorate at the University of Alabama School of Law in 1992. He practiced with Huie, Fernambucq & Stewart for 25 years before joining Watkins & Eager as a member of the firm in 2017.

Brown has been recognized in several "best lawyers" lists, and is a senior fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. He was a member of the 2016 class of Leadership Birmingham. Brown married the former Michelle Horn on July 26, 2002.
