Hamilton Place is a commercial development located at 460 Main Street (U.S. Highway 11) in Trussville, across from the Trussville Marketplace shopping center. It was developed in 2019 by David Stovall of Highpointe Properties, backing up to the Dew Gardens residential subdivision. Environmental Design Co. completed the subdivision plans and Blalock Building Company constructed the development.

The original development plan included single-family residential lots on the rear of the property, but after facing opposition from neighboring residents, a landscaped buffer was added in the form of a community park with a 1.5-acre detention pond as a water feature.

The Trussville City Schools Board of Education relocated its offices to Hamilton Place from the Trussville City Schools Building on North Chalkville Road.
