Heart to Table is a charitable program to provide hot meals for the homeless on freezing nights when the warming station at Boutwell Auditorium is opened by the City of Birmingham.

The program was developed by Silvertron Cafe owner Marco Morosini through his involvement with Don Lupo, director of the Mayor's Office of Citizens Assistance, and Leadership Birmingham. Darrell O'Quinn is a co-founder of the project.

Heart to Table brings together financial support from private donors and area businesses, including First Commercial Bank, Iberia Bank, Performance Food Group along with volunteers from churches and the Avondale Samaritan Place. Those donations are leveraged with talent and labor contributed by local restaurants, including Silvertron, Basil, Cantina, Chez Lulu, Rojo, The Abbey, Momma Goldberg's Deli and Ted's Restaurant. The United Way of Central Alabama manages the funding for the program.
