Hector Felipe Santiago (born December 16, 1987 in Newark, New Jersey) is a former left-handed pitcher for the 2011 Birmingham Barons, currently on the Chicago White Sox roster. He was called up from Birmingham to replace the disabled John Danks.

Santiago was picked by Chicago in the 30th round of the 2006 Major League draft. He began his professional career with the Bristol White Sox of the Appalachian League, recording 1 win and 1 loss in 17 appearances with a 1.65 ERA. He started the next season with the Class A Kannapolis Intimidators, going 5-1 in 38 appearances with a 4.06 ERA. In 2009 he pitched for the Winston-Salem Dash in the Carolina League. That season he went 4-4 in 48 appearances with a 3.88 ERA. The next season, still with the Dash, he appeared in 37 games, including 1 start, and compiled a 4-5 record with a 4.15 ERA. In 2011 he was used as a starter, going 2-3 in 8 starts in Winston-Salem before being promoted to the Barons, where he went 4-2 in 6 starts with a 4.58 ERA. He was called up on June 26 and flew to Chicago that day.

Santiago is known for a strong fastball, to which he has added a curve and a screwball.
