Highland Heights is a proposed $15 million, 27-unit gated condominium development on the northern slope of Red Mountain just below The Club. The developers are Glenwood Development and the Carroll & Green Group, which is also the general contractor. The six brownstone rowhouse-inspired buildings were designed by Dungan Nequette Architects and will feature 2-story, 2,000 square foot townhouses above 2-car garages. Various options can increase living space by 600 square feet or add a patio or outdoor kitchen.

Units are being marketed by Ingram & Associates in the $400,000 to $600,000 range. Residents will have gated car access off 18th Avenue South and also private foot access to the Vulcan Trail behind the property.
