Hollywood Villas

Hollywood Villas is a 19-unit condominium development by Ruffner Mountain Management on Lancaster Road off of the east side of Independence Drive in Homewood. The development was completed in early 2008, replacing Alpine Apartments.

Architecture firm the Garrison Barrett Group, which also handled interior design, used a Spanish Mission design featuring neutral stucco and red roof tiles, which is intended to match that of the surrounding Hollywood homes built in the 1920s. Construction was overseen by Maxus Construction. Although designed as town homes, the lots are owned by a condo association. Each unit features a garage, hardwood floors, and fireplaces and were initially priced between $450,000 and $550,000.
