HotBox is a food vendor operating from an Airstream trailer in the courtyard behind Parkside Cafe at 4036 5th Avenue South.

The business opened in May 2014 by Edward Stacey, a former manager at La Paz and chef Ryan Champion, formerly of Commander's Palace in New Orleans and Bottega. The menu emphasizes southeast Asian flavors.
