Jacqueline Leary-Warsaw

Jacqueline J. Leary-Warsaw is a classical soprano, a researcher, the producer, writer, and host of "In Concert" on EWTN and an associate professor of music at Birmingham-Southern College.

Leary-Warsaw earned her bachelor of music from the University of Louisville, her master's in vocal pedagogy from the Catholic University of America, and a doctorate in vocal performance from the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, Maryland in 2000.

Her research into 19th Century French Art Song in New Orleans and the life and music of Fanny Mendelssohn Hensel have contributed to musicology.

Her EWTN program presents the best of Catholic church music to an international audience.

Leary-Warsaw has taught at UAB and the University of Montevallo as well as Charles County Community College in Maryland. She is a member of the Birmingham Art Music Alliance. She is married and has one son.
