James Belding

James E. Belding is the Chief of Police for the town of Kimberly.

Belding was assistant chief when Michael Melvin resigned on March 27, 2009 and assigned to fill the position on an interim basis. He was subsequently named as the permanent replacement by the town council on April 30, 2009.
