James A. Sullivan (born c. 1983 in Maplesville) is an entrepreneur and investor.

Sullivan completed a bachelor of science in business management at Stillman College in 2005, and a master of science in management at Faulkner University in 2007.

Sullivan has served as president of the Birmingham Public Library Board and co-chair of the Public Athletic, Cultural and Entertainment Facilities Board. He was elected president of the Central City Neighborhood Association in the 2016 Birmingham neighborhood elections. As a candidate for the Birmingham Board of Education in the 2021 Birmingham municipal election, he pledged to promote improved leadership and to seek partnerships in support of mentoring, conflict resolution and violence prevention, as well as entrepreneurship, investing, and financial education.
