The Jefferson County Millennial Democrats (JCMD) is a political organization that has endorsed candidates for elected office and promoted greater public investment in West Birmingham.

The group was founded in 2016 and is headed by Le'Darius Hilliard, former president of the Jefferson County Young Democrats chapter that was dissolved in January of that year for improprieties related to the endorsement of candidates in the 2016 Democratic primary.

The group has notably opposed the planned CrossPlex Village mixed use development because it believes the plans do not reflect the wishes of community stakeholders, specifically arguing that the announced Comfort Inn and Rite-Aid anchors were "sub-par". The Central Park Neighborhood Association, however, supports the development plans and complained that JCMD members who don't live in the Five Points West district "do not have the right to speak on behalf of our neighborhood."
