Joe Maluff

Joseph Maluff (born c. 1967) is co-owner, with his brother, David of the Full Moon Bar-B-Que chain.

Maluff began working in restaurants when he was a teenager. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology at UAB. He and his brother purchased Full Moon in 1997.

Maluff and his wife, Brooke, have two sons; George and Henry.
