Juan Sebastián Agudelo (born November 23, 1992 in Manizales, Colombia) is a forward for Birmingham Legion FC in the USL Championship soccer league.

Agudelo's family emigrated to New Jersey when he was 7 years old. He grew up and played soccer in Barnegat Township before moving to Kinnelon, New Jersey to live with his godmother. He attended St Benedict's Preparatory School for one year, in 2007.

He began his club career at the New York Red Bull Academy. He was a member of the United States team for the 2009 FIFA Under-17 World Cup. In 2009 he was offered a chance to join the junior team but decided instead to accept a trial with Club Deportivo Los Millonarios in Colombia in 2010. He also joined the Under-20 U.S. national team and tied the score in their 1–1 draw with Brazil on January 23, 2010.

By March Agudelo had returned to New York as an official member of the Red Bulls, and made his professional on-field debut on April 27, 2010 against Philadelphia Union in the U.S. Open Cup. He scored his first professional goal on March 19, 2011, in the Red Bulls' 2011 MLS season opener, a 1–0 victory over Seattle Sounders FC. He was promoted to the men's senior national team for the United States and was part of the 18-man roster for a Mandela Challenge Cup match against South Africa in Cape Town on November 17. He scored the only goal in America's 1-0 victory. He set a new record for the youngest player to score for the U.S. in a senior game. He remained with the national team in 2011.

During the off-season, Agudelo trained with VfB Stuttgart in Germany and with Liverpool FC in England. In May 2012 he was traded to Chivas USA in Carson, California. He scored four goals during the 2012 season. He again spent the winter in Europe, training with Celtic FC in Scotland and West Ham United in England. He began the 2013 season with Chivas, but was traded to the New England Revolution in May. He was injured that season, but still recorded 5 goals in 18 appearances.

Agedulo signed with Stoke City FC in Stoke-on-Trent, England, but was unable to secure a work visa for 2014. Stoke City loaned him to FC Utrecht in the Netherlands for the remainder of the season, and then released him from his contract in May. In 2015 he returned to Boston to rejoin the New England Revolution. He scored 32 goals in 151 appearances over the next five seasons.

Once again a free agent in 2019, Agudelo entered the MLS Re-Entry Draft. He was selected by Toronto FC in the 2nd stage, but did not complete a contract. Instead he joined Inter Miami CF. During the 2020 season he scored 3 goals in 14 appearances. In March 2021 he signed a 1-year contract with Minnesota United. He did not score in 13 appearances with that team and went back into free agency. In all, Agudelo recorded 47 goals and 20 assists in 250 Major League Soccer appearances between 2010 and 2021.

Agedulo joined Birmingham Legion FC on March 31, 2022.

Agedulo and his wife Vanessa have two daughters.
