Kindred Square

Kindred Square is a proposed 64-unit rowhouse development on the 4200 block of 2nd Avenue South in Birmingham's East Avondale neighborhood.

The project is under development by Pope Lake's Marcion Luce and Jeremy Erdreich's Metropolitan LLC. Justin Collier is the architect for the development, which consists of 8 buildings with six 2- and 3-bedroom units each ranging from 750 to 1,200 square feet on 2 or 3 floors with private balconies and on-site parking.

Murray Construction is the general contractor and Ingram & Associates is handling unit sales.
