L. B. Feemster

L. B. Feemster (born July 1940) is a retired businessman and former Clay City Councilor.

Feemster, a civil, traffic, and safety engineer formerly with the City of Birmingham and Southern Risk Services, and the retired CEO of Attenta, a service company which provides self-insurance to large companies, was elected in 2008 to Place 4 on the Clay council with 54% of the vote. Feemster decided not to run for re-election in 2012. During his tenure he served as chairman of the city's public safety committee.
