Lake Homes Realty is a national real estate brokerage headquartered in the Southlake Plaza building at 15 Southlake Lane, off of Valleydale Road in Hoover. It was founded in 2013 by Glenn Phillips, who serves as chief executive officer. His wife Doris is the company's chief operating officer.
In 2022 the company announced an expansion from 50 to around 350 jobs as part of an expansion into a larger office at Meadow Brook 500 in Hoover's Meadow Brook Corporate Park. The move was supported by $102,645 in non-educational tax abatements from the City of Hoover.
The company launched a companion site, "Beach-Homes.com" in 2023.
