Juandalynn Deleathia "Lee Lee" Givan (born c. 1970) is a member of the Alabama House of Representatives representing District 83.

Givan is the daughter of Leroy and Patricia Givan. She earned her bachelor of arts in political and social science from Miles College in 1992, and a juris doctorate from Miles Law School in 1996. She joined Mayor Richard Arrington's administration that year as an assistant liaison for capital projects and development. She remained in that position through 2000 when she moved to the Birmingham Housing Authority as a Hope VI administrator. She opened her own law firm, Givan & Associates, in 2004.

Givan entered the race for the District 60 seat left vacant by Earl Hilliard Jr's unsuccessful run for United States Congress in 2010. She won a runoff with Hilliard's uncle, John Hilliard in the Democratic primary, and was unopposed in the general election. She easily held off challengers Arthur Lee in the 2014 primary and Le'Darius Hilliard in the 2018 primary.

In May 2017, Givan opposed the bill for the Alabama Memorial Preservation Act.
