Lewis Communications is an advertising and media relations firm founded in Mobile in 1951. Its Birmingham office is located at 2030 1st Avenue North, and is the city's fourth largest. Lewis also has offices in Mobile and in Nashville, Tennessee and employs 130 people. The firm has garnered many local, regional and national awards for its work in print, television and multimedia campaigns.

As president and CEO for 40 years, Larry Norris led the company's expansion from Mobile. In 2022 ownership of the firm was acquired by a senior leadership group which included Val Holman, Spencer Till and Carlton Wood of the Birmingham office. Ellen Faulkner was elected to succeed Norris as CEO.

In 2013 Lewis Communications sought financial incentives from the City of Birmingham to move its offices from the Meadow Brook 600 building at 600 Corporate Parkway in the Meadow Brook Corporate Park to the former New City Church at the corner of 1st Avenue North and Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard.
