The Lippe Dance Studio was a dance school located at 210 1/2 21st Street North, on the first floor. The studio was owned by Al and Peggy Lippe. Instructors included Gaye Chafin, Jane Ross, Faye Masters, Jeanne Langston, John Duke, Edwin Mickell, Barbara Harkin, Johnel Cound, Herb Hamilton, Billie Rush, Ralph Allgood, Carolyn Walters and Dorothy Zude.
