Longleaf Liberty Park

Longleaf Liberty Park is a 3-story, 86,726 square-foot assisted senior living community located on a 7 acre parcel at 451 Liberty Parkway, backing up to the Cahaba River in Vestavia Hills' Liberty Park subdivision. It includes 68 senior apartments and 27 memory care suites.

The property also features furnished outdoor patios, a sports lounge, outdoor patios, all-day dining, a fitness center, an art studio, a theater and a library.

The facility was developed in 2021 by Braemar Partners, an affiliate of the McClellan Group of Marietta, Georgia. Robins & Morton constructed the facility. It was acquired by PGIM Real Estate of Madison, New Jersey in July 2022 for just under $26 million.
