Lou Lou's is a clothing boutique located in the Patton Creek Shopping Center. It was opened in 2013 by Mary Lou Kunka and expanded to an adjacent space in November 2016. The store offers a range of women's clothing and shoes, as well as gift items. Since expanding, Lou Lou's also offers personalization services such as embroidery and engraving.

In December 2018 Kunka began selling t-shirts emblazoned with the slogan "#hooverstrong" as a reaction to the ongoing protests at the Riverchase Galleria, Hoover Municipal Center and various businesses in the aftermath of the fatal shooting of E. J. Bradford Jr at the mall by a Hoover Police Officer on Thanksgiving night. With volunteers screenprinting the shirts, she pledged to donate $15 from each $20 t-shirt sale to buy gift cards for law enforcement officers working overtime. After selling more than 700 of the #hooverstrong t-shirts, Kunka said she planned to launch a foundation to continue the project. Activists involved in the protests began using the phrase "#HooverWrong", referencing the t-shirts.
