Lucy's on Thirty-One was a toy store opened in 2006 by Tahara Evans at 640 Montgomery Highway in the Vestavia Hills City Center.

Evans was working on the Vestavia Hills School Foundation Cookbook when she noticed a shopping survey on the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce web site. The top request was for a store similar to Smith's Variety. She spoke with her husband, Toner Evans, about it in February 2006 and the store became a reality in October. The ribbon cutting and grand opening was held November 28, 2006. The "Lucy" in the name comes from a nickname Evans had when she was younger. She later owned a black Labrador retriever named Lucy.

On September 9, 2009, Evans reopened the store in The Shops at Oak Park on Rocky Ridge Road. She closed the business at the end of August 2010.
