Mattie Clisby, called Madam Clisby or Madame Clisby, (born 1879) was an African-American beautician and salve manufacturer. Her business address was 707 14th Street South in 1917, and she operated a beauty salon at 1728 4th Avenue North in 1925.

The business offered manicures, hair dyeing, facial massages and bleaching. In 1913 she registered a trade mark for "Madame Clisby Indian Hair Grower". She also marketed an "Indian Hair Gloss" (for straightening), "Indian Never Fail" (to treat dandruff), and "Indian Shampoo". Clisby advertise in The New York Age for mail order sales and for sales agents.

Clisby was prosperous enough to hire architect Wallace Rayfield to design a residence for her at 714 14th Street South, which she dubbed "The Gables".
