Michelle Clemon

Addine Michelle Clemon (born March 25, 1974) is the chief operating officer for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham.

Clemon is the daugther of Judge U. W. and Barbara Clemon. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Yale University (1996) and a juris doctorate from the Columbia University School of Law (1999). She practiced law for five years with Maynard, Cooper and Gale before joining McWane as director of public affairs in April, 2004. Clemon then served as vice president of human resources and community affairs for McWane Inc. until she joined United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham as their Chief Operating Officer in 2013.

In addition to her position at McWane, Clemon serves on the boards of the Women's Fund, AIDS Alabama, Vulcan Park Foundation, Legal Aid Society of Birmingham, and Miles Law School. She was a member of the Leadership Birmingham class of 2005 and is a member of the Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. She has also served as general counsel for the Birmingham chapter of the National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources
