The National Guard Association of Alabama (NGAAL) is a lobbying organization made up of members of the Alabama National Guard, and an affiliated state organization of the National Guard Association of the United States. It is led by adjutant general Sheryl S. Gordon, executive director Tonya Rogers, and president Jay Skinner IV. Its offices are located at 6900 43rd Avenue North.
