North Highland Elementary School was a Kindergarten - Grade 5 elementary school in the Jefferson County Schools System located at 2021 29th Avenue North in Hueytown.
For the 2020-21 school year, students zoned for North Highland and Hueytown Elementary School were combined into one group, and the North Highland campus was converted to a Kindergarten - Grade 2 school and renamed Hueytown Primary School. In 2021, the 29th Avenue North location was closed and the school moved to a new building located at 131 Dabbs Avenue on the site of the 1958 Hueytown High School.
