The Old Buckeye Building is a 1-story, 8,200 square-foot commercial building located on the northeast corner of Block 107H, at 2317–2335 Morris Avenue, southwest of the intersection with 24th Street North.

The original building, addressed at 2325 Morris Avenue was constructed adjacent to the 3-story Morris House building in the 1920s or 1930s and housed the Buckeye Feed & Grain Co., a wholesale supplier of animal feed and grains. The company began operating from three doors west in the early 1920s and gradually expanded into adjacent buildings. It maintained operations into the 1940s, adding another bay to the east end of the structure on the site of the former C. S. Cavender cattle market.

Another building on the corner, abutting the original 1926 24th Street Viaduct, housed a succession of restaurants. It was demolished before construction of the current wider bridge in 1995.

The expanded Buckeye Building was later used by Standard Sales Co. wholesale notions. During the "Old Town Uptown" era of Morris Avenue's revitalization it was re-faced in with faux half-timbering punctuated by projecting window bays and a false mansard roof with half-timbered gable dormers. It was acquired as storage space for Lindsey Office Furnishings.

Presently the city's GIS map and county's property tax records give the building the address 2327 Morris Avenue, but the adjacent Morris House is signed as 2325–2327.

Until 2022 the building was owned by Residential Ventures.

David Carrigan purchased the building, which is near his Carrigan's Public House, for $850,000. The building's historic brick facade was restored and the interior divided into four tenant spaces with a shared rear lobby entrance and restrooms. He uses the address 2335 Morris Avenue for the project.

Clovenstone Real Estate is leasing the building. Hunt Modern, a design gallery that relocated from Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2023, signed on for the largest suite.
