Olin Beall Barnes III , CFS (born November 22, 1964 at St Vincents Hospital in Birmingham) is the Managing Director and co-founder of LifeServe, a national insurance and financial services brokerage in Birmingham and Atlanta.

Barnes is the son of Olin Barnes Jr of Birmingham and Mary Martin Barnes of Louisiana. He attended Cherokee Bend Elementary School and is a 1983 graduate of Mountain Brook High School Barnes studied corporate finance and marketing at the University of Alabama. While in school at the University he worked at The Locker Room, a Tuscaloosa clothier and was active in Sigma Nu fraternity as rush chairman.

Barnes took a position with Colonial Bank upon his return to Birmingham. In 1988 he became a financial advisor for Nowlin & Associates, investment and insurance brokers. He earned certification from the Institute of Business and Finance as a "Certified Fund Specialist". In 1996 and 1997 Barnes and co-host Jack Granger of Granger Thaggard hosted the "Fiscal Fitness" radio program on WERC-AM. In 2003 he joined with Pete Elliot of Los Angeles and Sinan Kinatsiz of San Clemente to form BankSwap, which he served as CEO and President.

Aside from his business interests Barnes enjoys salt water fishing, skiing, motorcycling and cooking.
