Over C's is a rap duo made up of Carlton Pippen (aka Hi-C) and Cortney Benson (aka C-Block).

The duo was most active before 2003, but reunited in late 2007 when, at the suggestion of Benson's mother, they wrote "Don't Trash My Hood", a song praising Birmingham's 23 in 23 campaign to clean up neighborhoods around the city.

The exposure of that song, which is downloadable from the birminghamal.gov, has led them to plan other songs supporting city initiatives, including the efforts of the Birmingham Police Department.
