The Parkway East Shopping Center is a 130,501 square-foot strip shopping center located on a 14-acre parcel at 1125–1157 Huffman Road, just south of Huffman High School, north of Springville Road and a block east of Parkway East. The center is fronted by a 905-space parking lot.
The strip was developed in 1972 with the Zayre discount store as an anchor. Zayre held their grand opening on November 24, 1972.
In June 2020 the Brookhill Group of New York sold the shopping center to companies registered by attorney Tae Shin of Orlando, Florida for $5.75 million.
