Patricia Berry Bell (born c. 1956) is a pre-school worker and tutor in the Woodlawn/Kingston area.

Bell studied at Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania and earned an online certificate from Grand Canyon University. She ran for Mayor of Birmingham in the 1995, 1999, 2011, 2013 and 2017 Birmingham municipal elections.
