Patrick LLC, Cellular Optimization, Inc., Cancer Strategy, Inc., Immuno Cellular Restoration Program, Inc., and Best Peptide Supply LLC were registered companies involved in a fraudulent pharmaceutical sales scheme operated by former real estate broker Patrick Bishop, in part through the websites PNC27.com and ICRPstudy.com.

Bishop was indicted in August 2020 on federal charges of fraudulently obtaining a peptide reagent not approved for medical treatment from a Chinese supplier, and using it to manufacture suppositories with unqualified personnel under insanitary conditions. He then labeled, marketed, sold and distributed the black market product as a cancer treatment with false statements about the substance, and other misrepresentations about his own qualifications and practices.

Bishop, who had made millions of dollars from the scheme, pleaded guilty before judge Karon Bowdre in January 2021 to one count of conspiracy to fraudulently introduce adulterated drugs and misbranded drugs into interstate commerce. He was sentenced in May 2021 to serve 30 months in prison, after which he would have 3 years of supervised release. He was also required to forfeit $900,000 he had collected as part of the scheme.
