Phillip Andrew Bromley (born c. 1973) is a nurse anesthetist in Sterrett who has been indicted by a grand jury in the District of Columbia on federal charges of unlawful entry and disorderly conduct relating to his actions at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Bromley was photographed with a crowd of insurrectionists who broke through a series of barriers and entered the Capitol building during a joint session of Congress to certify the electoral votes from the 2020 presidential election. Bromley filmed a video of himself later that afternoon describing how he had "breached" the building and was attempting to convince law enforcement officers inside to ally with the insurrection. At that point he witnessed the fatal shooting of another protester, Ashli Babbitt.

Based on evidence presented to Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a warrant for Bromley's arrest was issued on February 12. He is represented by Richard Jaffe and Michael Whisonant of the Birmingham firm of Jaffe, Hanle, Whisonant & Knight. At a preliminary hearing before Judge John England III of the Northern District of Alabama on February 17, Bromley was released on $5,000 bond.
