Pho 280 was a Vietnamese restaurant located at The Terrace at Greystone shopping center at 5426 U.S. Highway 280 and later across the highway in the Arbor Place shopping center at 5479 U.S. Highway 280.

Pho 280 was opened in January 2016 by Hoa Tran, brother of Huy Nguyen, head chef at Blowfish Sushi. The 1,450 square-foot, 50-seat dining room was decorated with 3-D artwork that Huy bought in Vietnam.

After Blowfish Sushi closed, Tran took over the lease and moved Pho 280 into the larger 2,100 square-foot space across the highway in August 2018. The menu was expanded to include Chinese dim sum and baozi, Cambodian lime beef salad, and Japanese tonkatsu and shoyu ramen.

Pho 280 was briefly rebranded as White on Rice before it closed in 2022.
