Phyllis E. Perkins (died May 10, 2023 in Mulga) was, as Phyllis from Mulga, a regular call-in participant on the Paul Finebaum Radio Network.

Perkins was known for her impassioned support of Alabama Crimson Tide athletic teams and a willingness to attack anyone who downplayed their excellence.

Perkins was diagnosed with lung cancer in the 1990s and underwent a lobectomy in 1996. In 2010 she was also diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent chemotherapy. In 2016 the SEC Network produced a profile of her and her husband, Donald, who also had a terminal cancer diagnosis. He died in 2021.

Perkins died from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 2023. She is buried at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
