Pilcrow Cocktail Cellar is a speakeasy-themed cocktail bar located at 2015 1st Avenue North in the Founders Station development. It was opened on August 3, 2018 by Joe Phelps.
The business is named for the character that signals a new paragraph in typography, recollecting the original use of the building by the Caldwell Printing Works. The bar employs primarily agave spirits (mezcal and tequila) in its signature cocktails.
