The Pinson City Council is the five-member legislative body for the City of Pinson. The council meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at the Pinson City Hall at 4410 Main Street.
The council members are:
- Place 1: Dawn Tanner, chair of finance committee
- Place 2: Joe Cochran, chair of roads and streets and public safety committees
- Place 3: Robbie Roberts
- Place 4: John Churchwell, mayor pro tempore and chair of annexation committee
- Place 5: Joy McCain, chair of enhancement committee
