Marquis Tucker (born 1993 in Atlanta, Georgia) is a visual artist.

Tucker was born in Atlanta but moved with his mother, Savannah, to Birmingham's Metropolitan Gardens housing project when he was an infant. He always enjoyed drawing, but got more passionate after buying a book about drawing anime at Banks Middle School. He had set aside the hobby while at Woodlawn High School, until his art teacher, Jena Momenee, encouraged him to pursue a career in art. After graduating in 2011 he enrolled at the Art Institute of Atlanta in Decatur, Georgia.

Meanwhile, through his friendship with rapper KT Showers Tucker began collaborating on projects for the Black Shepherd label and seeking other opportunities in graphic design for musicians and local businesses. He also worked sporadically as a model and created chalk murals for Post Office Pies.

Tucker launched his brand, "Project: Blue Blood" in 2019. In addition to commissioned graphic and design work he sells original art, often created with recycled materials.
