Rainbow Omega is an Eastaboga-based nonprofit organization which operates group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. It was founded in 1991, with the symbols in its name reflecting a "last hope" for families raising disabled children. Stentson Carpenter is the CEO.

The organization opened its first two group homes in 1995 and now shelters 80 residents in eight family-style group homes staffed with live-in managers. Vocational programs provide labor to area businesses, such as assembling vehicle owner's manual packages for Honda Manufacturing of Alabama in Lincoln. Other activities include raising flowering plants for sale and supervised group recreation.

A 15-bed intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded opened in 2007, providing specialized care and 24-hour nursing staff. A new vocational building was completed in 2008 and the former facility was converted into a recreation center.
