The Red Lion Lounge is a bar located at 1926 29th Avenue South in Homewood.

It got its start as the "Red Lion Inn", an English pub-themed dining room, constructed about 1962 for Mammy's Pancakes. After the restaurant closed, the lounge took over the space.

It has been owned since 1990 by Pat Sellers-Foster. The bar's managers are Taffy Jolly and Pat Swilley.

The bar's walls are decorated with impromptu caricatures by Dennis Huey.
