The Highnote Rock N' Horse Lounge is a nightclub and music venue located at 414 Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard South and operated by promoter Sam Pilato. The front of the club, called the Highnote, features billiards and foosball along with karaoke and occasional live bands on a smaller stage. The Rock N' Horse is a larger concert venue with professional quality sound and lighting.

The Highnote got its start in the 1980s when the Vallejo Brothers asked Pilato if he would add a stage to his Faces Deli on Valley Avenue. Since then, the club has had several locations, including the Colonnade and the Howard Johnson Inn on Oxmoor Road before moving downtown.

In April 2012 Birmingham Police broke up an event at which male exotic dancers were performing in violation of the law. Club owners, event promoters and five dancers were arrested at the scene.

In 2017 developers Ward Neely, Dick Schmalz and Scott Bryant announced plans to demolish the building for surface parking.
