Ronald Presley

Ronald Presley (born Ronald Christopher Morton July 25, 1976 in Oceanside, California) is a singer-songwriter and leader of the thrash-metal band Cut Throat Conspiracy.

Presley is the son of William Christopher Morton III and Debra Lynn Presley-Morton and was raised by his grandparents, Lee Roy and Marion Presley in Mobile (Lee Roy is a first cousin to Vernon Presley, father of Elvis Presley). At the age of eighteen he began living on the street, eventually moving to Birmingham.

From 1998 to 2007 Presley played bass and guitar for the punk rock band Zenkil. He founded Cut Throat Conspiracy in 2008 and is also a member of The Red Waters. He currently lives in the "Musician's Hollow" between 2nd and 3rd Avenue South in East Lake and is a founding board member of the East Lake Arts District.
