Rossi's was an Italian restaurant owned by Michael Matsos and John Ed Willoughby, who sometimes referred to the restaurant on his radio program as "The Hanging Grape" because of its logo and interior decor. It first opened in the 1970s in "The Strip" at 427 20th Street South, across from the Parliament House hotel.

The restaurant later moved to a freestanding building on U.S. Highway 280. Willoughby sold his share of the business in 1997. He bought back in two years later and helped renovate the restaurant as a steakhouse in 1999. The restaurant subsequently failed and the building was demolished for construction of the Mountain Brook Plaza shopping center in 2002.
