The Rufus Cobb residence was the East Lake home of former Governor of Alabama Rufus Cobb at 6230 1st Avenue North, on the corner of 63rd Street North in Birmingham's Woodlawn neighborhood.

The Victorian-style mansion was heavily modified in 1954 with brick-clad showrooms for Burk's Antiques. It was later demolished for an access ramp onto I-20.
