SAP Sales Cloud is the Birmingham-based customer relationship management division of SAP, a global business operations software developer based in Walldorf, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The Birmingham office was founded in 1999 as Actek, Inc., a sales performance management software company headed by Farley Lavett with offices at 2120 Data Drive in Hoover. That firm, which changed its name to ActekSoft, was acquired by Callidus Software of Dublin, California in 2010 and later renamed CallidusCloud. Its offices were moved to the Perimeter Park South One building off of U.S. Highway 280.

SAP acquired CallidusCloud in 2018 and merged the company into its SAP Hybris cloud portfolio.
