Sara Clark

Sara Dominick Clark (born 1918; died November 8, 2020) was an attorney and law professor.

Sara was the daughter of Frank McCoy Dominick and the former Esther Elliott.

She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College and enrolled at the University of Alabama School of Law. After earning her law degree she passed the Alabama State Bar examination in 1941 and went into practice with her brother, Frank Jr. She married James E. "Red" Clark and left her practice to raise their three daughters.

In 1976 Clark was hired as an admissions secretary for the Cumberland School of Law. Soon she was invited to join the faculty as a professor.

Clark chaired the administrative board and held several other volunteer positions at First United Methodist Church. In 2010 she was given the Maud McLure Kelley Award by the State Bar.

Clark died in 2020.
