Sarah Heaslett

Sarah Heaslett is the organist at Southside Baptist Church. She was hired in May 2011 to succeed her mentor, Ted Tibbs, who died the previous September.

Heaslett, the wife of musician Mike Sparks, has bachelor's and master's degrees in music from Samford University. She has served as the organist at Avondale United Methodist Church and as organist and music director at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.
