Sassafras Market & Coffee is a coffee shop, market and café located at 100 Frankfurt Circle in the Lakeshore Village Shopping Plaza off Lakeshore Parkway. It was opened in May 2010 by Sandra Plenty and is known for its three varieties of chicken salad and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
