ServisFirst headquarters building

The ServisFirst headquarters building is a four-story office building on a 4.5-acre site at 2500 Woodcrest Place near the Rosedale Pump House in Homewood. It was constructed for ServisFirst Bank, with incentives from the city of Homewood, and opened in October 2017.

The 100,000-square-foot office building is connected to a 45,000-square-foot, 440-space parking deck. The building was designed by Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio and constructed by B. L. Harbert International.
