Shades Creek Business Park

The Shades Creek Business Park is a three-building warehouse and light industrial park on Shannon-Oxmoor Road, on the site of the former Oxmoor Furnace, backing up to Shades Creek. Two of the buildings, with addresses on Shades Creek Circle, were developed in 2000 by Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate. The third building was constructed for American Tire Distributors by Brookwood Capital Partners of Raleigh, North Carolina in 2016.

Hall Capital of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma acquired the three buildings for $18.1 million in 2016. They sold the combined properties to STAG Industrial of Boston, Massachusetts for $23.53 million in December 2020.
